Biking the Golden Gate Bridge

We've wanted to bike across the GG Bridge since we moved here and today was the day. We watched a documentary on the building of the bridge last night with the kids. Did you know the length of the steel wires used in the cables is enough to circle the earth around the equator 3 times?! Above is a photo of us with the 

statue of Joseph Strauss, Chief Engineer of the GG Bridge. His head chopped by the nice man who took the photo.

Sydney's 2nd Birthday!

Sydney had a great 2nd birthday. She received a dolly, a little barbie girl, some sewing wood blocks, clothing, pj's, hair clips, a fisher price car, and lots of cards! She is such a happy girl and we are so grateful she is in our life! I can't believe my baby is 2!
